Terms and Conditions
Quotations are for acceptance within 30 days unless otherwise stated. On future orders, all prices are subject to change without notice. 25% restocking fee on all standard products. Non Standard products are not returnable. It is understood and agreed that title to property shall not pass from KEY MATERIAL HANDLING, INC. until paid in full. On all past due accounts, a service charge of 1.5% per month will be added, and all discounts are void. All KEY MATERIAL HANDLING, INC. quotations, agreements and contracts are made contingent upon strikes, fires, accidents, acts of God, transportation delays, government regulations and requirements beyond our control. The prices stated are based upon seller's cost under existing laws. If such costs are increased by any Federal or State legislation, the amount of such increased costs shall be added to the prices stated. In the event a dispute arises the prevailing party will be awarded reasonable attorney's fees and costs. The venue for any litigation shall be Ventura County. Purchase Orders are executed in Simi Valley, CA.
